Round 2 of the
AMA/Rekluse National Enduro Series, Greenboro
.

After some rain overnight on Saturday night and light drizzle on Sunday, the trails were wet and but still very good condition, Thad Duvall started the day off with test 1 in 9th place but soon after that in test 2, his bike had some problems, slowing him down considerably and adding another 10 minutes to his score. The problem was soon fixed with Thad trying to make up last time. Duvall was able to put in some decent test times and ended up ultimately in 18th place overall. Team CO-owner John Ross: “we fixed the problem we had in round 1, but unfortunately we had another problem that cost us 10 minutes. We will stay positive and be back in 2 weeks in SC. ”

Team Shenandoah Honda/Offroadchampions get feet wet at Round 1 of the
AMA/Rekluse National Enduro Series
.

Sumter South Carolina is where the Honda supported Shenandoah Honda/Offroadchampions team made their debut. Rider Thad Duvall was anxious to do well and please his new managers and sponsors. Thad started test one with a solid seventh place, 39 seconds of the pace of later winner Steward Baylor. In the second section, Thad scored another 7th place, getting used to his new bike, a bike that he never raced before. Soon into the third test he started to experience some mechanical problems and had to slow down.
Unable to really fix the problem, he continue the race and made it to the finish in 18 th place in the Pro class and just missing the top 20 overall.
The team learned a lot about the bike and what needs to improve before the next round in 3 weeks (Georgia).
The team would like to thank every sponsor of the team, without them this effort would not be possible.
